My name is Jeff Moore, founder of the Tiger-Leash. I've been playing baseball for over 50 years. My passion for the game has never faded, but the reason behind that passion has evolved tremendously. These days, what I cherish most about baseball isn't just the game itself or the competition, but the friendships, laughter, and camaraderie that come with it.

There's something incredible about being out there with others who share that same drive—to see how long we can keep feeling invincible, even if only for a few hours….or at this age for a few innings. At this point in my life, I'm humbled by the simple joy of playing alongside friends, and friends of friends, and their friends too. With every tournament, the list of names I can't quite remember grows longer, but the faces—those I'll never forget.

Each of them came to play hard, to compete "in your face," yet always with smiles and handshakes once the final out is made. Win or lose, there's nothing but respect between us, because we all know we gave our best and were fortunate enough to be healthy and out there doing what we love.

And when we cross paths again—on another field, in a parking lot, or even at a favorite local restaurant—we greet each other with respect, and a smile, rarely remembering who won or lost. What matters most is that we were there together, simply having fun.
